The Initial Email Consultation with our Certified Master Herbalist/Aromatherapist includes two (2) follow up emails for clarification. Once purchase of this consultation is completed you may submit your email to begin the consultation.

Email - Follow Up Consultation

The Follow Up Email Consultation on the same subject as the initial email consultation. Once purchase of this consultation is completed, please refer to your Order Confirmation email for instructions on how to proceed.

Phone - Initial Phone Consultation

Up to a 30-minute educational Initial Phone Consultation with our Certified Master Herbalist/Aromatherapist. Once purchase of this consultation is completed, please refer to your Order Confirmation email for instructions on how to proceed.

Emergency/Urgent - Phone Consultation

Urgent/Emergency phone consultation (Late at night, Weekends, Holidays)

Urgent/emergency consultation purchases will be responded to as soon as possible. If for some reason we are unable to respond to an urgent request within 24 hours of payment, you will receive a full refund.

Description

This is an educational consultation with our Certified Master Herbalist/Aromatherapist about wellness concerns for humans or animals.

OFFICE HOURS: Please click this link to see our office hours. Holidays, weekends, and very late at night on weekdays are considered Urgent/Emergency Consultations. Otherwise the consultation will be scheduled during normal business hours that we have listed.  We do have evening consultations available for those that work or that live in a different timezone and need an evening appointment – that is at the normal rate unless an immediate consultation is required, which would make it an Urgent/Emergency Consultation.
