Returning customers: You will need to login on your account to place an order and to access your online classes.
You can use the Password Reset option if you didn’t receive your login information email.
An account on our website allows you to: Track your order, View your order history, Edit your password and account details, and to access your online classes/downloads.
INTERNATIONAL orders: Shipping will need to be added to your order, please click this link and choose the correct size package for your order. We ship to Australia & New Zealand and Canada. We also can also ship to the UK, please contact us for contact information. Only Land of Havilah Herbals BRAND products can be shipped out with this shipping option. They will have “Land of Havilah Herbals” on the LABEL.
SHIPPING ADDRESS: It is your responsibility to make sure that you have input your shipping address correctly. Please double check that your shipping address is correct both before and after you place your order. We can only help you before the package is shipped. Once the package is in the possession of USPS or UPS, you will need to contact them for help with your order if the package is going to the wrong address. We are not responsible for orders that ship to the wrong address if that is the address that was provided to us in your order and/or your account.
