A synergistic blend of time tested herbs for the urinary system. Occasionally the urinary tract system may need extra support to function properly. Bladder Formula has been used historically to support the entire urethral canal, bladder & kidneys.

Proprietary Blend: Black Cohosh Root, Ginger Root, Gravel Root, Juniper Berry, Lobelia Herb, Marshmallow Root, Parsley Root, Uva Ursi Leaf & White Pond Lily.

Other Ingredients: Plant-derived capsule.

Directions: Take 2 capsules three times a day or as directed by your Health Care Professional. For optimum results take 1 hour before or after meals as to not compete with digestion. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
