Is your goat a Doe, Buck, or Wether (fixed male)?<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3a.<em> If a Doe<\/em>, is she <strong>bred<\/strong>?<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3b. <em>If so<\/em>, what is her <strong>Due date<\/strong>?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4. If doe has <strong>recently kidded<\/strong>, <em>when<\/em> and <em>how many<\/em> kids did she have?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5. Where are you<strong> located<\/strong> (just the state you are in is enough)?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\">Current observations:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6. <em>VERY IMPORTANT:<\/em> <strong>Rectal Temperature of goat<\/strong>. \u00a0Normal is between 101 F and 103.5 F depending on the outside temperature,\u00a0<\/span>so please put in the exact temperature of the animal (don\u2019t guess without taking the temp).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6a. \u00a0What is the <strong>outdoor temperature<\/strong> (high and low)?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6b. Has the <strong>outdoor temperature been fluctuating<\/strong> in the past week?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7. <strong>Elimination<\/strong>. \u00a0Is the goat having normal bowel and bladder function?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8. <strong>Intake<\/strong>. \u00a0Is the goat eating and drinking?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">9. Is the goat <strong>ruminating<\/strong>? (Chewing Cud)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">10. \u00a0<strong>Lymph Nodes<\/strong>. \u00a0Are they swollen? \u00a0(Google for lymph node locations on the animal)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">11. Check the <strong>eye membranes &amp; gums<\/strong>, are they reddish\/pink, light pink, or white?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">12. Check the <strong>mouth<\/strong>, is it <em>warm and wet <\/em>or<em> cold and dry<\/em>?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">13. Exactly what<strong> feed<\/strong> was the goat in contact with<em> in the last 48 hours before symptoms<\/em> were observed? <em>\u00a0Be specific, include amounts (preferably by weight).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">14. What is the goat&#8217;s <strong>current diet<\/strong> (what has it been eating today)?<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 15. <strong>How long<\/strong> has the goat been ill\/acting &#8220;off&#8221;?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">16.
