ORDER CONFIRMATION: An email receipt confirming your order will be sent to you within a few moments. If you do not receive it, please double check that you entered your email address correctly when placing your order. If there was a typo in your email, please contact us to provide the correct email address.
ONLINE CLASSES: All our Land of Havilah Herbals brand products include a free online class, so be sure to check your Order Confirmation email for the link! We plan to add more classes to support other products as time allows.
INVENTORY UPDATES: The Inventory on our website is updated once a week, normally sometime on Thursday. Sometimes that means that items that showed a very low stock number on our website may actually be out of stock at the moment. I may need to check back with you to see if you would like something similar or if you would prefer a refund of that part of your order. Please keep an eye on your email inbox until you receive an email stating that your order has been completed, this will help me reach you quickly if I need to touch base with you about your order.
PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER? If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you via the email that you provided at Checkout, so please be sure to watch that inbox just in case we need to speak with you.
OOPSIE! Some people have told me that they accidentally chose Check/Money Order at Checkout. No worries, I have this PayPal link set up just in case you need it. Simply follow that link and put in the total amount that you would’ve made the Money Order out for (order total). When I receive your PayPal payment, I will make a Note on your order that will show up in your Account and it should also be emailed to you.
